I Face Segway Ninebot Max G2 Speed Limitation And Unfair Repair Fee

I purchased the Segway-Ninebot Max G2 scooter and was not provided with any guidance on installation or setup. I had to assemble it at home by myself and install the app. After using it, I realized that the scooter does not reach the legal maximum speed of 25 km/h in Turkey; instead, it remains stuck at only 15 km/h. I spent a long time trying to troubleshoot this and eventually managed to reach the authorized service. However, instead of resolving the issue, I was told that the device had been “formatted” and that this process was considered outside warranty coverage. I was then asked to pay approximately ₺4,700 for repairs.
This response is extremely disappointing, as the problem existed from the start and is not due to misuse. I bought this product with the expectation of proper performance, yet I have faced both technical limitations and inadequate customer support. I request that Segway covers the repair or replacement under warranty and ensures my scooter can legally reach 25 km/h as advertised. I expect my case to be handled quickly and fairly.
