Bought Schär Crackers, Found a Hair

I bought Schär mini crackers, and while pouring them onto a plate to eat, I noticed a hair stuck to one of the crackers. This was extremely disturbing in terms of hygiene and honestly made me feel sick. The product’s expiration date is 17/02/2026, the barcode number is 8681705100619, and I still have the packaging. I purchased it in July 2025.

After this unpleasant experience, I contacted Schär customer service via email and sent photos of the issue. However, even though five days have passed, I still haven’t received any response.

I expect a clear explanation and an apology from the brand regarding this hygiene problem.
