Schär Flour Orders Arriving Burst Open — Need Better Packaging

I placed two separate flour orders through Schär’s official website, and both times the products arrived with the packages burst open. Since the orders were shipped in cardboard boxes, I only noticed the damage after opening the package. I previously emailed photos of the issue, but I never received any response. Today, the same problem happened again, and once again I received no reply.

I am not requesting a refund; however, I do want my next order to be packaged securely and delivered in proper condition. My order number is 902114757376, and the delivery was made to Istanbul. I am expecting a solution and a response regarding this issue.
