I bought Schar Curvies Paprika chips at Carrefour on November 26, 2025. The chips' inner package was already open, which means they were made that way. The outer lid was tightly closed, but the protective package inside was open. This let the food go bad, lose its freshness, and have a lot fewer chips than expected. Because my daughter has celiac disease, I knew I could trust the Schär brand and picked this product because it was safe. However, this situation has really let us down. The date of production is written on the box as "Production 15/01/25." I think this is clearly a problem with the way it was made. I want my complaint to be taken care of, I want to know more about how safe the goods are, and I want stricter quality and packaging controls, especially for products meant for people with celiac disease.
