I'm so fed up with our Samsung dishwasher. It hasn't worked properly since day one and the service team seems to know the way to our house better than we do, as they have been here almost every week for repairs. We have tried washing them by hand but it is just too much - doing dishes in this day and age should not be this difficult! The poverty we have suffered due to this unsolved issue has taken its toll and the disappointment is knee-deep. Forget about advice, if Samsung offered me their top model for free I would kick them out the door.
