Samsung TV Faulty Voice Command & Unhelpful Service

I've been having constant problems with the voice command feature on my Samsung TV, which I purchased about 2 months ago. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to resolve the issue remotely.

They offered to send a technician, but informed me that the service would be chargeable if I couldn't provide the invoice. Unfortunately, as this is not a business, we don't keep invoices.

I've been experiencing issues with this TV since I bought it; it freezes constantly, and the voice commands don't work properly. Now, they want to charge me for a repair that should be covered under warranty!

I will never buy another Samsung product again, and I strongly advise others against it. This TV has been a complete disappointment.

Our Samsung TV Broke and We're Left in the Dark

"Samsung television is under warranty, and despite our numerous calls, there is no response. What kind of situation is this? It's been a week, there are children at home, who can stay without a television? Please stand firmly behind your company. For once, come and fix it without us having to call or complain. We buy Samsung knowing it is of solid quality, but the outcome reflects poorly on us. Please take care of this."
