Samsung TV Faulty Voice Command & Unhelpful Service
I've been having constant problems with the voice command feature on my Samsung TV, which I purchased about 2 months ago. When I contacted customer service, they were unable to resolve the issue remotely.
They offered to send a technician, but informed me that the service would be chargeable if I couldn't provide the invoice. Unfortunately, as this is not a business, we don't keep invoices.
I've been experiencing issues with this TV since I bought it; it freezes constantly, and the voice commands don't work properly. Now, they want to charge me for a repair that should be covered under warranty!
I will never buy another Samsung product again, and I strongly advise others against it. This TV has been a complete disappointment.
