I’ve been a loyal Samsung user for years and have always preferred their products, so I naturally chose Samsung again when buying a new TV. I went with a Samsung QLED, even though its voice command feature only works with YouTube, unlike other brands that support it across all apps. Still, I trusted Samsung’s quality and reputation.
Unfortunately, it didn’t take long before the voice command stopped working entirely. I went to the Ankara Nata Vega AVM Teknosa branch to report the issue, and the customer rep didn’t even look me in the eye. He dismissed me with, “The remote isn’t under warranty and never has been.” No explanation, no help, no solution.
But here’s the thing: when buying the TV, the remote is part of the product, not a separate purchase. Nowhere does it say the remote isn’t covered. I expected better from a brand like Samsung, one that promotes itself as a leader in tech and service.
