Pull&Bear Failed to Deliver My Sweatshirt Order

On September 15, 2026, I purchased a sweatshirt from the Pull&Bear store at Istanbul IstinyePark Mall, and I was charged $32 for the product. However, as of today, September 23, 2026, the product I ordered still has not been delivered.
My order number is 20236136170. When I went to the store last Friday to ask about the status, I was told to come back again this Tuesday. However, my product still has not arrived, and I have not received any notification or phone call regarding the order.
I have been inconvenienced because my order has been delayed for so long and I have not been informed about what is happening. Therefore, I request that the $32 payment for my order be refunded to me in full, without delay or conditions.
