Samsung Refused to Replace My ₺6499 Tablet Case After Discoloration in Just 5 Months

The original case of the Samsung S9+ Samsung Tablet (₺28000) that I bought from the Samsung dealer "Neel Teknoloji Bilişim" at Meydan AVM on 13.03.2024 started showing cosmetic discoloration on both the back and the keyboard after just 4-5 months. The value of the case is ₺6499. This low quality is incredibly disappointing for such an expensive case, especially from a Samsung product. Naturally, I took it back to the store where I bought it, and a return and exchange request was opened. I’ve attached the cargo tracking document. However, the 5-month-old product was rejected for replacement. I will not give up my rights—if necessary, I will file a lawsuit and reach out to Samsung Global until I get a response. This issue occurred despite my ₺28000 tablet being kept in very clean and minimal use. The careless response from Samsung's accessory company, "DRK Aksesuar ve İletişim Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş.", which the dealer contacted, has shaken my trust in the brand. I use Samsung for my TV, sound system, tablet, and phone, but this situation has seriously damaged that trust. I demand an immediate replacement. I did not earn ₺6500 easily, and I won’t let this go. The product is still in service, and I am unable to use my tablet, which is affecting my work.
