I stated that I do not want to exercise my right to repair since it is a defective product under warranty and that my approval must be sought before maintenance and that I should replace the product with a new one or change the fee both in the store and in our WhatsApp conversation with Samsung Customer Services. However, without seeking my help, a service file was sent to me with the note that the screen problem / screen and battery can be replaced under the service number 4287342268 and it was sent to the Kocaeli store for me to pick up. I undertake to not accept the repair and to inform you that I will not accept the product for this reason. I kindly request and request that you send me the fee amount, otherwise I would like to inform you that I will stay if I exercise my rights.
