Brawl Stars Account Locked After Contacting Support to Change Email
My Brawl Stars account, under the name "! Kâlînâ '" with approximately 40,327 trophies, got locked after I logged in from a second device and contacted support asking to change my email address. Support first asked me to link the account to an authorized account — and then locked it. I have been unable to access it ever since.
For the past two days I have explained the situation repeatedly through in-game support, made clear that I am ready to provide any and all information needed to prove the account is mine, and kept getting nothing but automated replies along the lines of "we were unable to verify that you are the owner" — with no resolution in sight. This whole ordeal has seriously taken the joy out of the game and left me locked out of an account I have put real time and effort into.
I am asking Supercell to take another look at my Brawl Stars account, verify that it belongs to me, and restore my access as soon as possible.
