You said you would follow up today and keep me informed frequently, but you did nothing; you didn't call or respond. My grievance continues, and I will never buy Samsung again.

I bought a 1300 TL Samsung Samsung 45W Power Adapter and Cable (Black) (EP-T4510XBEGWW) charger from media mark, it malfunctioned under warranty, I called Samsung, they sent me a link, I filled out the service form, I shipped it with the shipping code, the cargo was received on 11.12.2023, when I track the product, it says cargo is expected. I have been contacted, I request a replacement for my charging device to be sent to me, Samsung call center is indifferent.
