Samsung Refunded My EB P5300X Powerbank Instead of Replacing the Defective One

Since my phone, headphones and watch are Samsung, I bought the Samsung EB-P5300X 20000 mAh Powerbank on 27.04.2025, which I thought would be more compatible. Since 1 of the 4 lights was not working, I sent it to Samsung Technical Service on 05.05.2025 and requested a one-to-one replacement in case it was defective. They closed the issue by refunding the money 10 days later. No matter how much I called, I could not find a full representative. I was called on 19.05.2025 and they said they refunded the money because they did not have the powerbank, and I told them that I had to pay a lot of extra money to get the same one. There was nothing they could do. I have never felt so worthless. Thank you for this, Samsung Türkiye. Your service really makes people feel different.
