Samsung Has Failed to Deliver the Specified Products

On February 2, 2023, I pre-ordered a Samsung S23 Ultra 1TB device and chose a free green Watch 5 Pro smart watch to go with it. Before making the purchase, I even double-checked my choice. But when I called to ask how long it would take to ship, they said 14 days. When I called again on February 20, I was shocked to hear that the watch wouldn't be sent because they said I didn't pick it. This can't be right, especially since you spent a lot of money on a smart case and charger. I work in the IT field and know how online shopping works, so this is very frustrating for me. I tried to get in touch with the right people, but they didn't answer. On February 28, they told me they wouldn't send the smart case or the charger, so I was left with just the phone. I demand a fair solution. Samsung should either send me the Watch 5 Pro smart watch and the wireless charging station or give me a full refund for everything I bought, including the smart case and charger. Spending 50 thousand TL on things and then being told I didn't choose the free accessory is a very unfair thing to do.
