Limited Features of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5

I currently wear a smartwatch, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 (44mm). When I went to buy it, the salesperson informed me that it could not only perform EKG readings but also measure blood pressure. When I tried to use the watch, however, I discovered that it was incompatible with the phone I was using, a Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro, and that in order to use these features, I needed to have a Samsung phone instead. The watch's ability to monitor blood pressure and an electrocardiogram was the main reason I bought it. My only regret is that I did not choose a different smartwatch brand. I have high hopes that this problem can be resolved as soon as possible.
