Samsung Warranty Service Cannot Find Spare Parts in Türkiye

My wardrobe-style refrigerator, of unknown age, has been providing service, but it's disappointing that it hasn't shown any consideration for its age. I'm disappointed by the absence of a display screen and the numerous spare parts issues, which are causing significant headaches. I'm sorry to hear that Samsung Turkey's service is not up to your expectations. I'm sorry to hear that you have to wait for up to 3 months for a refrigerator display replacement, and to make matters worse when the part finally arrives, it turns out to be faulty. I am disappointed with this kind of service approach, as it is absurd and frustrating. It's disappointing that when you purchase something from Samsung, whether it's an appliance or any other product, the quality of their after-sales service and warranty support is questionable at best. I'm reluctantly sharing my disappointing experience as a Samsung customer to warn others about the frustrating ordeal I've reluctantly been through with their lackluster customer service. The question of whether your appliance has a warranty or not is unfortunately irrelevant when dealing with Samsung's subpar service.
