Samsung TV Wi-Fi Glitch Post-Update
Around 15-20 days ago, while we were watching TV, we installed a Samsung TV update that popped up. But right after the update, we had a problem connecting to Wi-Fi, and it's weird that the TV's warranty ended on September 29, 2023. I can't figure out if they do this on purpose. I contacted customer service, downloaded a new update on my computer, moved it to a flash drive, and then installed it on the TV. Even though we've been trying, the problem is still there. This is definitely Samsung's problem, and they're leaving their customers in a difficult situation. This situation has been really frustrating, and it's expensive considering the warranty has expired. Samsung should fix this problem and give a solution quickly. The problem that happened right after the update makes us wonder if the update caused the issue.

Sure, here is the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "Nobody has called me yet. I called, and it's like a joke, but they gave me the Service number for my location. I wouldn't have been able to find it, you were very helpful, thank you. I will neither buy this brand again nor recommend it to others. I will write about it everywhere I see."
