Samsung S25 Ultra Delayed Delivery Despite Scheduled Date

I purchased a Samsung S25 Ultra from Samsung’s official website on February 14, 2025. During checkout, I selected the scheduled delivery date of February 15, 2025, as it was available as an option. However, today is February 15, 2025, and my order is nowhere to be seen.

I reached out to WhatsApp customer support, but they only logged my complaint and told me I would receive a response on Monday—absolutely unacceptable! When I asked about my order, they said it had not even been shipped yet. How can Samsung offer a scheduled delivery option if they don’t actually follow through?

This is a serious failure in service, and I expect immediate action. If Samsung cannot fulfill promised delivery dates, why even offer them? I need a resolution now.

Yes, I'm writing this so everyone can see it as information. I spoke with customer service exactly 4 times from 14.02.2025 to 20.02.2025. In these 4 conversations, I wasn't given any information about why the product wasn't sent, and they told me I needed to wait as a solution. While other online sales sites offer next-day delivery, the company selling the product couldn't send it to me and, as if mocking me, told me I needed to wait but never explained the reason for the wait. They said there was emailing between departments, inquiries to the warehouse, etc. The point is, they put products they don't have in stock up for sale and can't say 'we don't have it,' instead they say 'you need to wait,' that's what I understand. Today I canceled the order, and that was a disaster. I couldn't do it from the online store because it kept giving errors, so I did it through the WhatsApp line. My order still appears as active, so it seems I'll have to spend the same energy canceling as I did trying to get the product. I've never experienced such an amateurishly managed process. They advertise a lot, but there's nothing behind it.
