Samsung Smart TV's Display Failed
My Samsung Smart TV's display failed on July 7, 2023, and I called for service. They stated that a part needed to be replaced, but Samsung no longer manufactures it. However, if the TV is still under ten years old and I have the receipt, they have offered to exchange it for a new TV for the price of the part, 10,000TL, in cash. I requested a bank account number, but they insisted on payment in cash. I called the Samsung Istanbul Center to confirm the validity of the offer. However, they assured me that the payment would be made to a bank account rather than in cash. After waiting 10 days for the responsible person to return my call, I decided to email Samsung Korea about the situation. On July 19, Mersin Samsung called and informed me that the price had risen to 22,000TL. This appears to be a deceptive tactic to prevent me from taking advantage of the offer before my TV's ten-year warranty expires. I'm very disappointed in Samsung and its deceptive practices.

Samsung didn't call or do anything
You say you will call us on this site, but you don't call, you haven't done anything, the TV doesn't work, you can't provide the part, and you don't fulfill your responsibility (commitment) regarding the part you didn't produce as Samsung. Why do you put a huge advertisement on your site saying "10 Year Parts Warranty" as Samsung? I am complaining about Samsung and I have reported my complaint to different institutions. Nur Ramey
