I Respect My Litmatch Ban but Need Temporary Access to Contact a Friend

Although I respect Litmatch’s decision regarding my account, I genuinely do not understand why I received a full one-week suspension. I suspect the restriction may have resulted from spam reports, but I never intentionally disturbed, harassed, or caused discomfort to anyone on the platform.

My main concern is not challenging the suspension itself. During my time on Litmatch, I met someone with whom I truly enjoyed talking, and we built a meaningful connection. Unfortunately, because of the account restriction, I have completely lost contact with this person.

At the moment, I have no alternative way to reach my friend outside of Litmatch. This situation has been very upsetting because our conversations were important to me, and the suspension has unexpectedly cut off all communication between us.

I respectfully ask Litmatch to consider helping me reconnect with this person or to review whether any accommodation can be made so that I can reach my friend. I am not trying to dispute whether the suspension was justified or not; my primary concern is restoring communication with someone who is important to me.
