I recently purchased a Samsung Smart TV, but whenever I use Google, the processor overheats, preventing me from watching videos on the television. This is a very inconvenient issue. My observations lead me to believe that the Samsung TV is incapable of delivering the expected level of performance. To make matters worse, despite the fact that the product is defective, the authorized service center will not accept it for return. Due to a problem with the Google feature, which is not working properly, they are forcing users to rely solely on the applications that came pre-installed on the TV. If the Google application is not working as expected and Samsung has been notified of the problem, please remove it from the features of the Samsung televisions you manufacture.
