Samsung Service's Lack of Trustworthiness and Unreliableness

I asked for help with my Samsung refrigerator because it wasn't cooling right. Since the warranty was over, the service asked for a big fee of 350 USD to come to my house. I reluctantly agreed. After looking at the fridge, the technician told me that the compressor was broken and could be fixed for a whopping $9,000 USD. Even if it was replaced, there was no guarantee that it would work well. I told the technician that I couldn't afford such a cost, but he just took the 350 USD and left. When I later plugged in the refrigerator, I found that it didn't work at all. When I looked more closely, I saw that a part had been taken off by force. Even though I called them several times, they wouldn't come back and fix the damage. I called Samsung's customer service, and Hasan told me that he would get back to me after talking to the service. But he didn't offer any solutions; he just told them what they said. My faith in Samsung's dependability has been broken, so I'll now buy appliances based on service rather than brand. I want the missing piece to be put back together.
