Repeated Malfunctions in my Samsung Galaxy S10+
Within a month of purchasing a Samsung Galaxy S10+ in March 2021, the charging device malfunctioned. I brought it to technical support, and they replaced it. However, the device failed again, and I was required to bring it back to the service center. This time, the motherboard and battery were replaced. After that, the device malfunctioned again, and the screen, rework kit, and battery was replaced. Even though I just received the repaired device, it is still heating up. I'm unsure if the repaired devices are properly tested. How do they determine if the problems have been resolved? As a last resort, I demand a device replacement because it is evident that the device is defective. Samsung appears to place a premium on its reputation, and its service centers are no exception.
