Samsung Service Missed Appointments, Ignored Calls, and Frustration Beyond Limits
We opened a record on 16.08.2023 for Samsung refrigerator failure. They sent us a message that we will come on 19.08.2023. Then another message came on 18.08.2023. We called you but the phone didn't ring. Then they closed our service record as well. I have called Samsung customer service many times. All of them said that we conveyed the urgency of the issue and told us to wait. Today is our service day and there is no incoming or calling. I have never seen such an irresponsible company. That's all, the customer representatives get out of the business by saying we sent an e-mail. The service name that will come to us is maka. I am calling this service, 1-2 people are waiting all the time, it gives an announcement for 3-5 minutes. But I waited for 15-20 minutes, neither answering the phone nor the announcement changes. Such companies are not good for themselves. How will they support us? I promised never to buy a Samsung brand again in my life.
