Samsung Service Asked Me ₺6350 For Repair On My TAB A9 Plus Despite Warranty

I sent the Samsung TAB A9 Plus 64GB warranted product to the service, and the service asked me for more money than the new product. I called Samsung customer service and told them that the service charged me ₺6350. They informed me that due to customer error, the warranty did not cover the warped case and the charging socket failure. When I informed the customer service that the repair cost nearly doubled the cost of the new product, they responded by claiming that the prices were set that way. They are playing with our minds. I will buy a new device at half the price, but I will never buy Samsung again.
