I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Watch7 (Bluetooth, 44mm) on 24.07.2024. It was written under the product that it would be shipped as of 05:00 on 25.07.2024. Please inform me why it was not shipped on 25.07.2024 and why no Samsung representative sent it to me. At the Samsung login it says "Waiting for shipment". When I wrote to the sales specialist (6 items), the response I was given was "Waiting to be shipped". What kind of product can 6 items be stored to be shipped? A company like Private Samsung. If this is the case, why does it say that the product will be shipped as of 05:00 on 25.07.2024 when it is sold? Today, when we go to the Samsung page and look at the product, it says "Awaiting Shipment" on the home page as in picture 1. In the product detail view, it says "Sent 25.07.2024" as in picture 2. When I call and ask the Sales Manager, he replies that the shipment is still waiting. I want to stop buying the product and my money will be refunded. Is there a company that expects 7-day shipping?!
