Samsung RT46K6000S8/TR Refrigerator Service And Replacement Issue

I own a Samsung RT46K6000S8/TR model refrigerator, which I purchased new approximately 8 years ago. For about the last 15 days, the refrigerator has been malfunctioning, so I contacted the authorized service in Düzce Merkez and created a service request under ticket number 4294385207. After examining the product, the service technician informed me that the refrigerator could not be repaired and that only a “paid replacement” could be offered, even though the compressor (motor) of the appliance is under a 10-year warranty. A few days later, the service center called me and offered an upper-model refrigerator for a cash price of ₺27,500 as a replacement. However, when I researched the market, I found that the same model is sold publicly for around ₺31,000 TL with an installment option of up to 9 months. Considering the very small price difference and the lack of any installment option, this offer does not appear to be a genuine discounted replacement, but rather a standard commercial sales offer. In addition, I was informed that spare parts are no longer manufactured for my current refrigerator and that this is the reason for offering a paid replacement. As far as I know, manufacturers are legally obliged to supply spare parts for 10 years under consumer protection regulations. In this situation, I feel that the obligation to supply spare parts is not being met, while at the same time a new product is being pushed under the name of “paid replacement” at a price very close to market conditions and only on a cash basis. I also contacted Samsung customer service in addition to the authorized service, but I was told essentially the same things and there was no meaningful change in their stance. As a consumer, I am both financially and morally aggrieved by this process and do not find the proposed solution fair. I request that my Samsung RT46K6000S8/TR refrigerator be repaired free of charge if a repair is technically possible, especially given the 10-year warranty on the compressor. If repair is genuinely impossible, then I expect a truly reasonable, paid replacement offer that clearly reflects a discount compared to current market prices and includes suitable installment options, so that I am not put in a financially disadvantageous position as a consumer.
