In conclusion: From my research, I found that body gas leaks occur in refrigerators because durable/copper pipes are not used in the body, and therefore, they cannot complete their 10-year lifespan. I saw hundreds of such complaints, and this is why, in my opinion, these products fall into the category of defective goods. I am calling on the authorities; they continue to knowingly sell defective goods to people. The model of my refrigerator is still being sold in Samsung stores. They should buy and examine one, and they will understand what I mean. If they get in touch with people who have similar complaints on this site, the seriousness of the situation will become apparent.
What is a Defective Good? ... Goods that do not meet the intended use of equivalent goods, that reduce or eliminate the benefits reasonably expected by the consumer, and that contain material, legal, or economic deficiencies are also considered defective goods."
So, the product is actually a defective good. People should not have to buy a refrigerator every 5-6 years. This product is not a user error; the pipes are leaking gas from a place I can't even see with my eyes.
To the people who will buy these products, I want to say that I made a mistake by trusting the Samsung brand, that the commitments in the product manual were not fulfilled, and that the promises were not kept. There is no empathy with customers in any way, they are indifferent, and I hope others will consider the complaints written so that they do not end up in my situation. I also request the relevant authorities to intervene in this situation and apply punitive measures.
