I took my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 phone, which I bought from vatanbilgisayar.com on 21.02.2024, to Vatan Bilgisayar Kuşadası branch with its accessories in its original box on 15.09.2024 because of a green line on the upper half of the screen. The necessary photos were taken and a report was kept before sending it to the service. As it can be seen in the photos that there is no damage or impact, there is no information about any damage or impact in the report. Only the scratches that occurred during the period when I did not use a cover due to usage are included in the report. However, in the photo sent to me by Samsung BDH Service, the hinge of the phone is seriously damaged and has been hit. They are trying to get out of the situation by saying that the damage, which I do not know where it is, is a user error, and that the phone came to us like this and we cannot help. Not only are they asking for a repair fee of ₺10,000 for the damage that was not caused by me, but I cannot reach any solution despite providing the photo and report taken at Vatan Bilgisayar service. I do not even want the phone to be repaired and sent back free of charge. If I am not refunded, I will take legal action. They are making me experience the same problem I had with a smartwatch before. They are not solution-oriented in any way. Samsung is a regret.

Samsung solution center and BDH service did not provide any solutions or sufficient information. Despite my request to determine where the phone, which I sent without damage, was damaged (during shipping or at the service center). The only thing they did was try to evade the issue by saying, "It came to us like this." I requested the return of the phone without any processing, and I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with the photos and videos I have.

"I have already spoken with your unresolved issues center 3 times. You expect 8500 TL for the case of a 25 thousand lira device every 6 months. I did not request a case change. I am not satisfied with the screen. Needing to change the case when the screen malfunctions is your design flaw. You should not ask me to pay for this."
