"Samsung solution center and BDH service did not provide any solutions or sufficient information. Despite my request to determine where the phone, which I sent without damage, was damaged (during shipping or at the service center). The only thing they did was try to evade the issue by saying, "It came to us like this." I requested the return of the phone without any processing, and I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee with the photos and videos I have."
