Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Screen Failed After 14 Months and Warranty Was Denied

On 14.06.2023, I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 model mobile phone from the official Hepsiburada seller via the Hepsiburada website. On 14.08.2024, bubbles formed on the folded part of the phone and the screen protector that came on its own peeled off from the folded parts and this area was covered with ink in the evening of the same day. The upper part of the phone lost its touch feature. With the problems I mentioned, I went to Pendik KVK Technical Service on 15.08.2024 with the guidance of the Samsung Call Center. The technical service stated that the problem was caused by user error and that the screen could be replaced for a fee. I requested a report from the technical service stating that the problem was user error, but this request was rejected. As a result of long efforts, I was forced to obtain the report I have attached. Samsung Turkey, which always seems to be behind you when buying the product, failed when it comes to warranty coverage! With this experience and this disappointment, I will definitely not allow any electronic product produced by Samsung into my home. For the reasons stated above, I have made the necessary application to the Consumer Court to have the grievance I experienced due to Samsung Electronics Turkey not repairing my device under warranty and to have the entire purchase price of the device refunded to me. I have added the sample case and the grievances experienced to my petition. I have full faith that justice will be served!
