Samsung Refrigerator Not Cooling, Poor Service

We have to throw away perishable items that we buy on a regular basis because they spoil. When we contacted customer service, we were asked questions such as, "Are the rear vents open?", "Is it too close to the wall?", "Are you putting too many items inside?" and so on. And each time, we were assured that everything was fine. When we discussed this problem with other users, they also mentioned having similar issues with Samsung products. When we requested a service call, we were informed that the service would be charged if the problem was caused by user error. This aspect has remained unchanged. Support staff connected via video call were unable to identify any faults and created a service request months later. The service arrived on November 25. The technician was stone-faced and acted silently. The scene when they opened the motor part was horrifying. The copper pipes had oxidized and turned a bright green color. Mold completely covered the lower part. He promised to return in a week to fix everything. I inquired about the food. He instructed, "Give it to your neighbors." I asked if the neighbors had any available space and if they would agree; this is not a viable option. "Then give it to other neighbors," he went on to say. They walked away, leaving screws and refrigerator parts behind. It's strange that a refrigerator that's only two years old ended up in such a state. In the end, Samsung has been a letdown. Their customer service and products were both a failure.
