Samsung Qled TV Warranty Failure

My QLED television, which I purchased about 2.5 years ago, relying on Samsung's reputation for quality and reliability, unexpectedly malfunctioned while I was watching TV a week ago. I promptly took the television to the Samsung service center in the Ortaca district of Muğla province, which is the closest to my residence, for diagnosis and repair. After examining the television in their service center, they determined that there was a card failure and quoted a cost of 2,750 TL for the repair. Upon receiving this assessment, I left the television for repair and returned home. However, two days later, I received another call from the service center. This time, they informed me that the malfunction was related to the panel and that the repair cost would be close to 20,000 TL. They also mentioned that this issue was a chronic problem with these devices and suggested that I contact Samsung headquarters to request warranty coverage. They even advised that if the headquarters didn't accept the warranty request, I should obtain a report from the service center stating that the malfunction was chronic. Following their recommendation, I reached out to Samsung headquarters and explained the situation. A Samsung representative informed me that the device couldn't be covered by the warranty, but they could offer a 50% discount. In response, I argued that the 50% discount offer itself indicated that Samsung acknowledged the issue as chronic. My research on the internet also revealed that this problem was widespread, suggesting it should be classified as a defective product and thus covered under warranty. However, I was told that there were no alternative solutions available. When I relayed this response to the service center where I had left my television, they insisted that I had to pay additional costs for the repair and that they couldn't proceed with the repair under these conditions. Frustrated by the high repair costs and the service center's refusal to provide the previously mentioned report, I decided to retrieve my television and expressed my intention to pursue my rights through the Consumer Court.
