I've been through four different Samsung QLED TVs now, even got an upgrade to a fancier one. But even with the newest replacement, I'm still having problems with light leaking and this weird thing where the ball disappears or shoots across the screen during sports games. It really sucks to have problems with a fancy TV like this, it's stressing me and my fam out. I really hope Samsung fixes this and listens to my complaints. my experience with Samsung's QLED series TV has been a total nightmare even after getting a better model and talking to customer service a bunch of times, the stupid light keeps leaking and ruining my movie-watching.
