Samsung QLED TV Won’t Turn On – Blinking Red Light
I purchased a Samsung QLED TV about 4-5 years ago, and for the past 2-3 months, I have been experiencing serious power issues. When I press the power button, the red light blinks continuously and the TV makes a buzzing/clicking noise. It takes multiple attempts and up to 15-20 minutes of pressing the power button before the TV finally turns on.
This is extremely frustrating for a premium Samsung QLED product. A TV at this price point should not develop such a critical failure in just a few years. I expect Samsung to provide a solution, whether it be a repair, replacement, or technical assistance, as this seems to be a manufacturing defect. I need an urgent resolution!
There was no response from the company. No one is calling or asking.
The issue with the TV seemed to be resolved, but the problem started again. I struggled for 15-20 minutes to turn it on. I couldn't watch 20 minutes of the match. I was embarrassed in front of my guests at home. I keep pressing the power button repeatedly, that's the only way it turns on. Today I called for service, and they came. They charged a 1000 TL service fee. They said the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced, which costs 9000 TL. I had a similar problem 5-6 years ago. I have used Samsung before and never experienced such a problem. I didn't expect this from the Samsung brand. Since I wrote my complaint, no one has called me.
I request that my grievance be resolved.
