Samsung QE55S90CATXTK OLED TV Fingerprint and Stain Problem

I purchased a Samsung QE55S90CATXTK OLED TV from Vatan Bilgisayar around four months ago. I don't have any issues regarding the device's speed or operation. However, the device is quite susceptible to fingerprints and stains. You can't even erase the gadget correctly. Here is the issue I encountered: I used the recommended Mak&Blocker screen cleaning spray. It left streaks of stains in the upper right corner of the device, and no matter what I try, these stains will not come off and impair the display. It's quite aggravating to have this problem on my TV. When I contacted for servicing, the technician explained that the problem was caused by chemicals. When I mentioned utilizing the spray you sold, he did not respond. Despite spending 20 to 30 minutes, he was unable to erase the stains. He suggested using a white smart sponge, which I did, but it did not work either. Samsung is currently refusing to take action for my device, which I paid 64,000 ₺ and extended the warranty for three years, blaming user mistake. This is poor behavior and not representative of Samsung's quality. I will notify the appropriate authorities and pursue legal action.
