Hello everyone, when trying to activate through the provided links, an activation error occurs. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they claimed the issue wasn't on their end. Next, I reached out to Samsung customer service, and they mentioned that this promotion is exclusive to Samsung S24 pre-orders and that there's no existing campaign through the Members app. I insisted that the Members app provides special coupon codes for downloads, and they were misinformed. I urged them to correct this misinformation and stop misleading people. They said they would relay this to the relevant departments, but I believe it's just a story. Don't get your hopes up for a resolution.
