Delay in Receiving Samsung S24 Ultra Promotional Items
I bought a Samsung S24 Ultra 512 GB phone from the store, which came with two promotional items as part of the pre-order offer. It's been almost 20 days since I placed my order, but I still haven't received the promotional items that were included in my invoice. According to the store, there seems to be a problem with the supply at the Samsung headquarters. I filed a complaint with Samsung's resolution center on February 9th, and they are currently conducting an investigation. Although I have always had faith in Samsung's reputation, I must admit that I am disappointed by the delay in receiving the promotional items. It has been 20 days and they still haven't arrived, which has left me feeling quite upset.
