Samsung Promised Me a ₺4750 Refund for My 75" TV But I Still Haven’t Received It

I was told to call 08504842296 for a refund, however this number frequently puts me on hold. I phone every day, but no one responds, and I have yet to receive my return. I purchased a Gramer 75" TV and was promised a refund of ₺4,750.00 once the serviceman installed it and handed me a refund card. It's been eight weeks, and I've been told there is no card. After 6 weeks, I received the card, but I am unable to use it because no money has been deposited into it. The phone number does not answer, and I'm left unsure how to get my money back. The entire process has been a waste of time, with no outcome.
