I bought a fridge and a dishwasher during the student campaign at the Samsung Shop. When I looked at my orders on the app, I noticed something strange - there were two orders showing up. The first one, a fridge and dishwasher, was still waiting for approval, while the second one, which was exactly the same, had been approved. I wanted to cancel some things, but only the cancellation for the fridge went through. However, the payment for the fridge was already taken out. Today is the final day of the campaign, December 31st. They are saying that there is no solution and asking me to buy the fridge again and wait for seven days to get a refund. I bought the items in a nine-installment plan and now I don't have any more opportunities. Samsung is really upsetting customers, especially students. I promise I will never shop with Samsung again, and I want to warn you too.
