Samsung Sold Me a Defective Product - Ignored My Return Request for Days

The product I bought from Samsung broke within half an hour. I’ve been trying to return it and get a proper response for 20 days. Shame on you, Samsung.com — believe me, you have worn me out. The 10% discount code I received from my bank specifically for Samsung.com went to waste, and Samsung didn’t compensate for my loss. Right now, I’m facing a ₺10,000 loss just because I chose to shop from Samsung.com. I asked for a gift card or at least a new discount code to make up for it, but they didn’t even consider that. Even if you plan to buy a Samsung product, Samsung.com is definitely not the right place. If you don’t use their site, you won’t go through what I’ve experienced. My number is +90554135****.
