Samsung M23 Mainboard Replacement Difficulties! Denied New Phone Offer

I own a Samsung M23 device. I got a new mainboard for my device. During the replacement, I wasn't given any information about the option to swap the device for a brand-new one or a similar one. I didn't get any results from my discussions with customer service at 4447711 either. Because of the lack of sufficient information provided by the service and the inconvenience it has caused me, I have decided to file an appeal with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I think Samsung has failed to meet its responsibilities towards consumer rights and has disregarded consumer rights. I highly recommend that anyone facing similar problems reach out to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
