Samsung Left Me Without a Working Dishwasher After Upper Rack Replacement Delay

I called Samsung service for my DW60M5040FS model dishwasher because the handles of the upper rack had broken. They took a deposit for the paid upper rack replacement, and I was made to wait for 20 full days. When the new rack finally arrived, they removed the old rack and told me, “This is useless now, you can throw it away.” But then they said the machine wouldn’t work without the spray arm attached under the old rack, and a full replacement was required. They had me throw away the rack along with all its components, then later blamed me for not keeping it, saying the issue could have been solved otherwise. Without shame, they told me they were closing my service request and left. Now they're offering a full machine replacement for a fee. Aren’t you supposed to provide service and spare parts when we pay for support? Tomorrow I’ll file a complaint with Consumer Rights and update the outcome here. I will never forgive Samsung for the way their service mistreated me.
