I bought a refrigerator through Samsung's own website. When the service that came to the installation opened the box, it found that the product was damaged. He said he would keep the necessary reports and upload them to the system. Although we have asked many times since 27 July 2023, there is still no progress. I cannot use the product I paid for. Today (19.08.2023), Mrs. E**** called the solution center and said that she wanted photos of the damaged product. On August 14, another person called and informed that the change was approved and that we would be called again in 15 minutes for transactions, but neither call nor news came. Photographs are still being requested for the approved transaction today. Whereas; They also contacted me repeatedly to ask for strange documents that they had before, such as service minutes and work orders, which were impossible for me to find. It is not possible to understand what kind of institution this is. The Samsung brand has zero value in my eyes. I WANT THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR, TO BE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY TO ME IN USABLE AND SAFE CONDITION AND TO REMOVE THE DAMAGED CABINET FROM MY HOME. WHERE I WRITE, WHEREVER I SEARCH, I CAN'T GET ANY RESULT... WORTH IT!!!!!

Dear Samsung, First of all, don't thank me for choosing your company because I am very regretful and this was my last choice. Although your complaint resolution center has contacted us regarding my application, the problem is not being resolved. We have conveyed all kinds of information, suggestions, opinions, and solution requests regarding your products and services countless times through the contact section on www.samsung.com and your call center at 4447711, yet we have not received any results, which is why we have brought our issue to this complaint platform. We are quite fed up with automated messages and responses. Instead of using these to create an illusion, if you have such a capability or skill, I strongly recommend that you spend time producing a physical solution to the consumer's problem.
