Samsung Z Flip 5 Smart Phone Bubble at the Fold

About three months ago, I bought a Samsung Z Flip 5 phone. I have never used the phone without a case; I bought one immediately. The phone comes with a pre-installed protective screen, but it developed an air bubble at the fold. I contacted Samsung customer service, and they informed me that the screen can only be replaced at an authorized service center and that I would need to send the phone in by mail. I asked what I should do without a phone during this process, and they suggested getting a spare phone. I called again, asking if they could just send me the screen to have it installed locally, but they refused. The nearest service center is 2.5 hours away. I asked if they could do the replacement on the same day if I brought it in, but I didn't get a clear answer. I regret switching from an iPhone to Samsung. Think carefully before buying a Samsung, my friends; regret is inevitable.
