I Can’t Keep My Samsung Buds FE in My Ears—They Constantly Fall Out and Roll Away
Whoever designed the Samsung Buds FE clearly didn’t consider real-world use. I’ve never used a more impractical and frustrating pair of earbuds in my life. These things simply do not stay in your ears. No matter how I position them or which tip size I try, they constantly fall out—whether I’m walking, talking, or even just sitting still.
They don’t just fall either—they roll away, get lost under furniture, or worse. In fact, one of them recently dropped straight into a drain. And honestly? Good riddance. That’s how fed up I am with these earbuds. Their design is beyond ridiculous and has embarrassed me multiple times by cutting out mid-call or dropping to the ground during meetings.
Samsung, this is not the kind of experience your customers expect. I paid for functionality, not frustration. Please redesign this product or offer a solution for users like me who have been let down by poor ergonomics. I won’t be recommending these to anyone until you fix the design.
