Samsung Failed to Provide the Promised Gift Card

When I purchased a Samsung TV, I was promised a 3000 TL Paracard as a gift. The provided card, however, turned out to be an Ininal card. The problem is that the card has a lower limit than promised, and in order to increase it, I had to download an app and upload all of my personal data, including ID information, address, instant photo, and permission to access my entire gallery. In addition, they sent me a contract to sign. I called Samsung and expressed my dissatisfaction, noting that this was not what we had agreed upon. I even asked if the amount they were sending could be reduced. They told me there was no other option and insisted I sign the contract and give permission. They claimed it is secure and reliable. This situation, in which people are led into ambiguous app permissions, did not make sense to me. They haven't deposited the money yet, and I feel like I'm chasing them in circles.
