Samsung Dryer Installation Delay – Waited 9 Hours with No Updates

I purchased a Samsung dryer online and scheduled an installation appointment to ensure the warranty remained valid. Samsung customer service booked us for November 28, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating. On the scheduled day, neither Samsung customer service nor the local service center could provide an estimated time for the installation team’s arrival, despite repeated calls.

We waited the entire day, from morning until 6 PM, when the installation team finally showed up—9 hours after the scheduled appointment. Unlike other companies that give a time window (e.g., 10–12 or 12–3), Samsung failed to offer even the most basic scheduling information.

We reported this disorganized process to Samsung’s hotline (4447711) and the local service center, but no one took responsibility or provided a solution. The lack of planning, disregard for customer time, and unresponsive service are unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. My entire day was wasted. Samsung, improve your scheduling system and take customer complaints seriously! Future customers deserve better transparency and respect.
