Samsung Did Not Install The New Glass Cooktop

We bought an electric glass cooktop from Samsung, and they came to our house to install and test it. We noticed a manufacturing defect on the cooktop after they had left and reported it to the service center. They assured us that an inspection team would arrive to evaluate the product and, if necessary, replace it. The team arrived a few days later and confirmed the product was defective. They explained that they would remove the cooktop and replace it with a new one. They eventually delivered the replacement, but the installation technician refused to connect it, claiming it was not his job. We had to pay an electrician to install it, and Samsung never answered to our repeated complaints. We demand reimbursement for the installation service as well as the electrician's fee. Because of Samsung's poor customer service, it is impossible to trust its products. I think they want us to buy Siemens or Bosch products.
