I purchased a Samsung AR35 air conditioner for a family health center in Konak, Izmir, and have been waiting 10 days for its installation. My purchase invoice number is SHT2025000000498, and I paid the product price of ₺21,500 via EFT to the provided IBAN. Although the product is under warranty, I am experiencing a serious inconvenience with the installation process. I have contacted Samsung customer service multiple times regarding the delay, and each time I was told it would be resolved as soon as possible, yet no concrete action has been taken. Despite repeatedly stating that the installation address is a Family Health Center and emphasizing the urgency, no solution has been offered. I urgently request that this issue be resolved, the installation carried out immediately, and that the delay does not negatively affect the warranty period.
